Booking Terms

Workshops are run by Ekonack Creations LLP ("Ekonack", "we", "us"), Bengaluru, India. You can reach us at info@ekonack.com or on WhatsApp.

You book and pay online, and your seat is confirmed instantly. You'll get a confirmation email with your ticket, a QR code for check-in and a link to manage your booking.

Please give us correct details. We use your verified phone number and email to send your ticket, reminders and anything important about your session.

You can cancel or reschedule yourself, anytime, from the link in your email:

• 48 hours or more before the start — full refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before — 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before — no refund.
• Rescheduling to another session is free up to 24 hours before.

Your seat is released as soon as you cancel. Refunds go back to the way you paid.

If we ever have to cancel a session, we'll tell you as soon as we can, and you choose: a full refund — always in full when we cancel — or a free move to another available session, following the rescheduling timings above.

If you attend a session and it doesn't match your expectations, email bookings@ekonack.com within 24 hours of your session and we'll refund you in full — this is separate from, and in addition to, the cancellation policy above.

Every tool and material is provided. We use child-safe tools, with guidance at every step. Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on.

Please arrive on time for the safety briefing, and follow the facilitator's safety instructions throughout. If someone isn't able to work safely, we may pause their making until it's safe again.

Tell us about any allergy or medical need before the session, by email or WhatsApp, so we can plan for it.

Our workshops are drop-off sessions. You're welcome to leave your child with us and enjoy the time — or stay, if you'd like to. If you stay, please sit in the space set aside for parents and let your child make on their own, so the workshop runs undisturbed for everyone.

Before the day, we'll ask you for an emergency contact number and the names of the adults who may collect your child. Please keep your phone on during the session, and collect your child on time at the end.

We release your child only to an adult on your pickup list, and we may ask for photo ID. If someone else needs to collect them, tell us in advance.

We photograph and film our workshops — hands at work, knickknacks, finished pieces, and the children making them — and may post these on Ekonack's official social media and website.

If you'd rather we didn't post your child. After you book, we send you a booking confirmation email with a Manage your booking link. Under Special requests, you can choose:

"Please don't post photos or videos in which my child can be recognised on Ekonack's official social media or website."

You can choose this anytime — before or after the workshop — and it never affects your booking. We'll give your child a small sticker on the day so our team knows. If a post showing your child is already up, we take it down within 48 hours.

What you make. Your creation is yours to take home. You allow us to photograph it and post it. We show at most your child's first name and surname initial alongside it — and no name at all if you've chosen the request above.

Always: we never tag you or your child, never use full names, never add the venue's location, and never use photos of children in advertising aimed at children.

We collect only what we need to run your booking: your name, email and phone, the participant's age and gender, and your payment reference (payments are processed securely by our payment partner — we never see your card or bank details).

We use it to confirm and manage your booking, keep everyone safe on the day, and send you updates about your session. We never sell it. To see, correct or delete your information, write to info@ekonack.com.

If these terms change, the version that applies to you is the one you agreed to when you booked. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
