Refund & Cancellation Policy
This covers refunds and cancellations for a workshop booked with Ekonack Creations LLP. It's part of, and should be read alongside, our Booking Terms.
Cancelling or rescheduling before your session
You can cancel or reschedule yourself, anytime, from the link in your booking email:
- 48 hours or more before the start — full refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before — 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before — no refund.
- Rescheduling to another session is free up to 24 hours before.
Your seat is released as soon as you cancel. Refunds go back to the way you paid.
If we cancel a session
If we ever have to cancel a session, we'll tell you as soon as we can, and you choose: a full refund — always in full when we cancel — or a free move to another available session, following the rescheduling timings above.
Ekonack Promise — after your session
The refund window above covers cancelling before a session. Separately, if you attend a session and it doesn't match your expectations, email bookings@ekonack.com within 24 hours of your session and we'll refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Where a booking wasn't paid online (a temporary pay-at-venue arrangement), nothing was charged, so there's nothing to refund — just cancel and your seat is released.
